Delivery Costs

We deliver Australia-wide via Express Post for a flat rate of $14.00. Spend $260 for FREE shipping We also offer local delivery within 15kms of our warehouse in East Bendigo for a flat fee of $10. Local delivery is available Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday but we are closed on Wednesdays. Order before 12pm for delivery that afternoon. Please note will most likely be late afternoon drop off. Weekend delivery can also be arranged if you need something urgently.

Local pickup is available from East Bendigo, but needs to be pre arranged.

ReturnsPlease note– Diamond Lash Supplies are charged by Australia Post whenever an item is sent back to us, which will incur a $20 fee if the below scenario occurs. If you want the item resent, Diamond Lash Supplies would need to charge for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent to you. Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for the following reasons listed below:

  • You supplied the incorrect/incomplete address on your order
  • You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by its due date (after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).

If you are returning a faulty product, postage charges will be reimbursed by Diamond Lash Supplies once the returned product(s) are inspected and deemed faulty. Diamond Lash Supplies does not accept returns on any unsealed or used items as they cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse. If you have an online order item that has not been touched/opened from its original sealed packaging and you wish to return it, please email us with information, and photos of the products within 30 days of purchase tocrystal@diamondlash.com.au
