Delivery & Returns
We deliver Australia wide via Express Post for a flat rate of $10.00
Please note to keep the item costs down that there is a bulk shipping charge of $15.00 for bulky items and all eyelash extension kits
We deliver Internationally for a flat fee of:
- $35 AUD for Standard shipping Australia Post (there are long delays due to covid)
- $45 AUD for DHL International 6 Day Express post
- $50 AUD for DHL 3 Day Express post
We deliver via Australia Post as a standard. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.
Same day dispatch
All orders submitted before 2pm AEST are processed and dispatched same day.
Depending on location postage times will vary. If you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately, as once parcels are dispatched they are out of our control. Return to sender incurs a $20 Fee.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes we do.
What can I do if my order has not arrived yet?
You can track the progress of your order using the Article ID on The Australia Post website. Contact us straight away either by Facebook Message or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note – Diamond Lash Supplies are charged by Australia Post whenever an item is sent back to us , which will incur a $20 fee if the below scenario occurs.
If you want the item resent, Diamond Lash Supplies would need to charge for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent out to you. Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for the following reasons listed below:
- You supplied the incorrect/incomplete address on your order
- You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date (after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
If you are returning a faulty product, postage charges will be reimbursed by Diamond Lash Supplies once the returned product(s) are inspected and deemed faulty. Diamond Lash Supplies does not accept returns on any unsealed or used items as they cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse.
If you have an online order item that has not been touched / opened from its original sealed packaging and you wish to return it, please email us with information, and photos of the products within 30 days of purchase to email@example.com
